Future Perfect POV
The last three sentences were all in Future Perfect Tense. Once a friend in high tech was commenting about how software demonstrations lead people to believe in the final product by letting people imagine they are already in that future. I asked if this was not just like lying. He said, "No,no, they are not lying because they believe it will happen. They are just imitating a future reality."

It turns out that the Future Perfect tense in English is an incredible tool for "imitating a future reality."
Future Perfect Continuous
Above example:In January, you will have been with the company for a year.

Tenses in a language can sometimes be like out-of-sequence scenarios in a movie; a sort of Time Point-of-Reference. The Future Perfect tense in English would be like a "flash forward." It is great for leaders motivating other executives, their employees, and their customers. With the Future Perfect, you are free from the claws of the past, free from the slings and arrows of the Present. We are even free from the dark mysteries of the Future. With the Future Perfect Tense we are looking back on a specific point in the Future as if it were already the Past.

We are "imitating a future reality" -- and that's what every great business leader can do.

Good leaders speak in rich, positive images as if we were all there already, that all the people involved are already successful. As we know from numerous books through the ages, seeming successful is one of the key ingredients to being successful. You can use the Future Perfect tense to build your business. In doing so, you will have learned one of the business secrets of English!
